Whether you're just starting out or have a strong exercise background, you will be guided through a mix of strength, balance, and mobility exercises. The class is designed for each person to move at your own pace and get what you need out of that time. All you need is a space to move - no special equipment required - though a mat or soft surface can be nice for some floor movements.
