All sessions are 55 min and are led virtually. Every client has full access to their training calendar, detailed programming with exercise videos, and written or video feedback for solo workouts when applicable.
If several members of the same family train, sessions per week includes all sessions completed weekly for all clients. Ex: If 2 people are both training 2x/week, each will receive this discounted rate.
This package includes 10 virtual training sessions at a rate of $135 per session, to be used at your desired frequency.
This package includes 20 virtual training sessions at a rate of $130 per session, to be used at your desired frequency.
I have limited availability for in-person training. For private training in your home or apartment gym, the same rates apply for virtual. I am also able to train at a few small studios in Back Bay. For those gym sessions, an additional $35 will be added to the session rate for gym rental.

Barring emergencies, sessions cancelled within a 12 hour window will be charged, but you are welcome to schedule a makeup session within the next week.
Any no-shows or sessions cancelled within 2 hours of the start time will be charged and no makeup session will be offered.
Session package purchases never expire and can be used at any frequency.
